These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bingo Bestie mobile app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. Your use is also subject to the app store's terms: for iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; for Android, the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Bingo Bestie Plus"). The following applies where you purchase a subscription:

• The price and billing period are shown in the App and at the point of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation.
• The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase the subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

4. Card scanning disclaimer

The card-scanning feature uses automated recognition and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying your own bingo cards and numbers. The App is a convenience tool and is not a substitute for checking your cards.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
